Welcome to Prescriptions Savings Advocacy, an online community website. This website is designed to syndicate savings offers and connect persons who are interested in sharing their healthcare savings experiences, and learning more about potential saving options for their treatments, health conditions and most importantly staying abreast of new offers that other users and our advisory panel recommend based on verified savings.
What Information About You Do We Collect and how do we use it?
Prescriptions Savings Advocacy enables patients to share their interests in learning about savings on particular pharmaceutical treatments online so that the collective knowledge of many of patients can verified if required and be shared with others. We know our success in achieving this goal depends on our members’ shared belief in our openness and trust.
You may view some content on this site without completing a profile. For example, you may review and submit blogs and discussions written by other users of the site. However, to completely utilize the full benefit of the site you should complete registration process. At the registration page, you are asked to provide certain personal information, including a functioning e-mail address at which we may contact you, your zip code, your gender, and your date of birth. You will also be asked what conditions and medications you are taking. There is additional information requested around your insurance plan and pharmacy. This information is utilized primarily to feed into our connector application which helps you in finding networks with individuals that share the same medications and diseases.
We may also use the information collected during the registration process to send you information about services or opportunities that may interest you as well as material on behalf of some of our third parties with whom we have a business relationship. By third parties, we mean, for example, entities such as health associations and advertisers that link to our Site or that make use of our Service. The information we send you may, on occasion; contain advertising or requests either from us or from a third party on whose behalf we would send the information. For example, we may contact you to see whether you are interested in being considered for an upcoming clinical trial or market research that is being sponsored by a pharmaceutical company.
We may share personal information with entities that are not part of Prescriptions Savings Advocacy on an aggregate or other basis that does not disclose your identity or contain individually identifiable personal information. Also, Prescriptions Savings Advocacy may disclose personal information to appropriate persons in circumstances where we have a good faith belief that a user is likely to cause bodily harm to him or herself or others. Otherwise, we do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information that is individually identifiable (including your e-mail address or your personal information) to any other company that we do not control without your prior consent, except as required by law.

You are not required to provide any personal information that you are not comfortable with but in order to view and post information on this site, you must register. When you register, you must provide the personal information designated as "required" on the registration page. After you have registered, you will have the opportunity to provide additional personal information and to create an extended personal profile. Whether you provide this additional personal information is entirely your option, although it may affect your full enjoyment of the site.

Prescriptions Savings Advocacy employs commercially reasonable security measures consistent with standard industry practice, to safeguard personal and other information collected through the site. We believe these commercially reasonable practices provide adequate security to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information we collect on our site. We also have established internal policies and procedures to limit access to Members' personal information to only those employees who need the information to perform a specific job.
Children's Personal Information
Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act:
- This Service does not collect, use, or disclose personal information (including online contact information) of children under the age of 13.
- In the event that a child under the age of 13 attempts to register on our site, we will not accept the registration and will attempt to notify a parent of the child to obtain the requisite consent.
- In the event that a child under the age of 13 posts personal information in a public forum such as a message board, we will attempt to delete that information once we become aware of it.
